A romantic day at Chenies Manor
A romantic day at Chenies Manor. Set in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. After bridal prep at a family friends house, the day started in the quaint little church at Coleshill, which was just like stepping back in time.
How can I describe Chenies Manor....... a gardeners dream. The house as you will see from the photos was simply exquisite. As you walk through to the back and out onto the garden, the array of colour really hits you. You can tell straight away that the person/people who look after the grounds are very passionate about it. It was a place of beauty and tranquility. On a beautiful Summers day, it was like sitting in the middle of a rainbow.
The bride in her beautiful white dress looked striking amongst the vibrant colours. The bridesmaids wore dresses in a fabulous, rich shade of blue, which were stunning. The guests attire was so smart and beautiful. Their wedding cake was something I had never seen before, with white tiers, silhouetted 2D iced sports characters, where perfectly placed to bring out the joys of the bride and groom. The guests were all so welcoming and the romantic day at Chenies Manor simply came alive with the buzz of gorgeous energy.
Being able to take photos with the backdrop of the house and the well manicured hedges was a dream. Oh, I mustn't forget taken photos of the couple amongst the gorgeous flowers. Chenies Manor has so many pockets of beauty in which to place the bride and groom for their momentous shots.
The food was fabulous and I was so happy to be able to have all three courses, which gave me the energy for the evening party. And party they did, dancing all night long. The dance floor was packed. The band even sang baby shark for the children and you simply can't beat a live band. Such a romantic setting and a wedding fit for a princess and her prince.
